Instruction: Press a Shirt and mark a center to you want apply the art, make sure are 100% POLYESTER | 100% COTTON | POLY-COTTON BLENDS

Heat press at 325°F  or 163°C temperature application and press for 7 to 12 Seconds Remove the white transfer shit no to hot and no cold in between  HOT and Warm SLOWLY until you learn or fild contable .
